A black and white image of microscopic airborne particles in circular and oval form. Call SERVPRO of Omaha Southwest to neutralize any lingering odor your home or business may have!

If you have a lingering unidentifiable smell in your home or business SERVPRO can not only identify and locate that smell for you, we can also completely get rid of it. An odor can derive from smoke, pets, decomposition or mold. A simply surface clean will not do the trick to removing the smell.

Our certified Production Technicians do not cover up lingering odors with fragrance; they seek out and remove the source of the smell. We use SERVPRO's own proprietary line of cleaning products and equipment to treat and prevent the odor from reoccurring.

All restore-able contents in the affected areas will also be professionally cleaned and deodorized, including furniture, draperies, upholstery, art, electronics, flooring, walls, ceilings, air ducts and more.

Not only does SERVPRO use its own line of cleaning products we also have various techniques and equipment to treat odors. Some of the tools we use include:

Ozone Generator: one of the quickest ways to eliminate odors from a home or business. This machine oxidizes and removes odor from mold, mildew, pets, nicotine etc. without the use of chemicals.

Hydroxyl Generator: a downside of the Ozone Generator is the room or home being Ozoned cannot be occupied by any living breathing life. This generator also works slower but tackles odor in a safer way. Hydroxyl Generators can removed smell from fire and smoke, biohazard odors, water damage, and animals.

Air Filtration Device: also known as the Air Scrubber, it is used to remove airborne contaminants during water, fire, smoke, mold and sewage restoration work. They work by pulling the air through HEPA filtration to remove airborne particles, this cleans the air and removes odors.
